A progress check for research; weekly updates or demos for builds and fixes. You approve changes to scope, price or timing first.
Review within 5 working days. I address gaps against the agreed scope. Final payment follows acceptance, then handover. Ongoing support is optional.
Time runs from our agreed start after I have access, the required inputs and upfront payment. Plans assume feedback within two working days. If inputs or feedback are delayed, we agree a new schedule. Hosting, tools and third-party services are paid by you and approved before any extra cost.
You receive the agreed custom code, research and operating notes after final payment, in accounts you own. Existing tools, reusable components and third-party software keep their licences. Build and release work includes 14 calendar days of defect fixes against the agreed scope after acceptance. New features and third-party changes are separate work.
For a project, you pay for completed work and approved committed costs, capped at the agreed fee. I return any unearned balance and hand over paid-for work. Paused work resumes in the next agreed slot. Retainers run monthly, with 14 days’ notice to cancel or change the next month. Invoices are due within seven days; upfront payments must clear before work starts.
