Get the access I need.
Least-privilege access to the repos, environments and tools needed for the work. Your team approves permissions; production access only where necessary.
Deliver. Keep you in the loop.
Reviewable pull requests, relevant tests and handover notes. You get a weekly update on progress, hours used and what’s next. Your team approves the release.
Hours, scope and extra work
The retainer reserves 20 hours each month, including onboarding, meetings and delivery. We plan work to fit that time. If it needs more, we agree extra hours at €115/hour or move it to a later month. No unapproved overage.
Availability and communication
Monday to Friday, 10:00–16:00 Amsterdam time (CET/CEST). Replies within one working day. This is reserved engineering capacity, without on-call or emergency cover.
Renewal and wrapping up
Monthly prepaid, with a one-month minimum. Give 14 days’ notice before renewal to stop. Unused hours don’t roll over; hours I can’t provide are credited or refunded. On handover, I document outstanding work and your team revokes my access.
Start date and priorities agreed before payment. Delivery dates depend on scope, access and your team’s review turnaround.
